- 5-6 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 2 Red Kashmir Chillies (whole)
- 2 tablespoons of oil

- Other ingredients:
- 8-10 grains (bread)
- 1 onion chopped (optional)
- Oil for frying
Instructions for making Vada Pav
- To make the green sauce: Blend everything in a blender with water until you get a smooth paste. Keep it aside

- To make dry garlic sauce: Heat a little oil in a pan. Saute the garlic and Kashmir red chillies on low heat for 1-2 minutes. Now add grated coconut, roasted peanuts and coriander seeds. Brown for two minutes and salt. Mix all the ingredients until you get a rough paste. Keep it aside
