- 20 frozen fish sticks
- 1/4 sweet onion, chopped
- Grate a quarter cup of carrots
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 small onions chopped
- ~~ Sweet and sour sauce ~~
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup/fine sugar
- 4 tablespoons of water
- 1 teaspoon potato starch/cornstarch
- ~~ Spice ~~
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon rice wine
Steps for preparing sweet and sour fish fingers
- Mix the sweet and sour sauce well. Meanwhile, follow the instructions for cooking fish fingers.

- Heat a frying pan with vegetables. Saute the oil, sweet onion, carrots, garlic, and rice wine until well combined. Then we pour the sweet and sour sauce and bring to a boil the salt. When the sauce begins to thicken, gently stir in the fish fingers. Finally, sprinkle chopped onions on top and enjoy.
