Simple Way to Prepare Award-winning Brad's sheppards pie

Hello everyone, I'm Louise, welcome to our cooking department. Today we're making Brad's signature Pie Recipe for any night of the week. One of my favorite gastronomic recipes. This time I'm going to do it a little differently. It will be fragrant and sweet.

- 2 teaspoons of garlic, split
- 1 glass of dry red wine
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- For vegetables
- 1/2 sweet onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 package baby carrots, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 1/2 cups chopped green beans
- 1 bunch white asparagus, cut off tough ends. Cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 tin of chickpeas
- 1 small tin of peas
- 1 fresh rosemary. Boiled meat
- 1 liter of squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of white pepper and steak seasoning
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- to fill
- 3 Yukon Gold (LG) potatoes, peeled
- 2 kg of sweet potatoes, peeled
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- Milk
- 1 tablespoon of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of local herbs
- 1 teaspoon of white pepper
- Other elements
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
Steps to make Brad's cake
- I'm a roast lamb in an LG pan. Add 1 teaspoon of garlic and taste.
- When ready, remove to a plate. Add the meat and fry.
- Add 1 teaspoon of garlic, to taste, add the rest of the meat ingredients. Cook until the crust is soft. Drain when ready. Liquid
- Meanwhile, grease an 11x15 cm baking pan and grease the shortcake. Cover the bottom and sides of the mold with flour.
- Cut everything with a fork. Brush generously with melted butter. Bake them in a preheated oven at 450° for 11-15 minutes until golden and crisp.
- In another pan, add a spoonful of butter. Saute onion and carrot until onion is transparent. Add the rest of the vegetables except the canned ones. Add rosemary, lemon juice, garlic and spices. Continue to sauté until the asparagus is soft. Dress the pan with wine and vinegar. Cover and simmer the vegetables until the wine evaporates.
- Meanwhile, peel and grate the potatoes. Put it in LG pot. Pour in water and cook until cooked.
- Drain when ready. Add oil and spices. Add milk slowly until the mash potatoes are thick, soft and smooth.
- Add the lamb to the fried crust. Next, add the meat. Spread all the layers evenly.
- Then add fried vegetables. Next, prepare the packed vegetables in equal quantities.
- Cover evenly with brown sauce.
- Mix the cheeses, spread well in the pan.
- Cover with mashed potatoes.
- When the potatoes start to brown, put them in a preheated oven at 175° for 30-45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and leave for 8-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
