  4. Add dashi sauce, mirin and sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer until tender, about 15 minutes. (Toshibuta)
  5. Add the green beans (sayangin) to the pan and bring to a boil.
  6. Finally, add the mantoyo and soy sauce to pan 14. Turn off the heat and pour in the otoshibuta. Leave it for 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Pour into a bowl.
