- 3 cups diced potatoes [boiled]
- 1/4 cup fresh green onions
- 1 cent saffron stem
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
- 1 tablespoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons of butter and 1/4 cup of AP flour
